The article reports the case of a 58-year-old patient who developed esophageal stenosis after treatment for oropharyngeal carcinoma with chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Preoperative nutrition was provided, and the patient underwent cervical esophagoplasty with a myocutaneous graft. The patient showed good acceptance of oral intake and progressed to hospital discharge. During outpatient follow-up, a fistula between the esophagus and skin developed, which responded satisfactorily to conservative treatment. A control endoscopy was performed, revealing mild stenosis of the cervical esophagus, and endoscopic treatment with dilation was chosen. The patient did not require further endoscopic procedures and remains asymptomatic under outpatient follow-up.
